Position: Shift Lead Squad Member
Hours: Part-time with potential for full-time
Pay Range: $17.15 to $18.15
About the Role:
As a Shift Lead at FOUR Desserts, you’re not just creating delicious desserts and leading the team—you’re also helping new squad members get up to speed. This role is perfect for someone who loves teaching others and making sure everyone feels confident and prepared.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Team: Guide and support the squad during your shift.
Customer Solutions: Handle customer questions or issues that need that extra bit of care.
Inventory Checks: Make sure inventory is fresh and fully stocked.
Opening and Closing: Come in early and stay a bit late to ensure smooth opening and closing routines.
Catering Support: Occasionally handle early prep for special catering orders that need to be ready before opening.
Training New Members: Train new squad members on making desserts, delivering great customer service, and following our cleaning processes.
Growth Opportunity:
You’ll have a path from part-time to full-time, and your leadership in training others will be a key part of your growth.

As a Squad Member at FOUR Desserts, you’ll be right at the heart of our dessert-making magic. Think of us like the Chipotle of desserts: customers pick their treat, and you whip it up right in front of them. It’s a little bit of dessert theater mixed with some good old-fashioned customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Craft and assemble dessert creams and treats to order.
Deliver top-notch customer service with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
Keep the front and back of house clean and sparkling (yep, that means some dishwashing and general cleaning duties).
Be comfortable working weekends and possibly some holidays.
Maintain a drug-free environment and stay upbeat.
Who We’re Looking For:
We need someone who loves desserts and people. You don’t need to be a pastry chef, but you should be ready to learn and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. Good vibes and a customer-first mindset are key.
